A husband-and-wife studio with 50+ years of engineering behind it.
Reunify Studios | Dev is run by Rhoel and Vivian Alcantara. We both spent years at the same software firm building maritime systems for global shipping companies, and have spent the decades since shipping software in payments, finance, education, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
We’ve been the freelancer. We’ve been the agency. So we built the alternative.
Finding the right technology partner can feel a lot like finding a good mechanic. You don’t want someone who can do a little of everything but leaves you wondering if the job was done right. You also don’t want a huge shop where your project gets passed from person to person and you never meet the people actually doing the work.
You want someone experienced who takes the time to understand the problem, gives you honest advice, explains what needs to be done, and genuinely cares about getting it right. That’s the kind of studio we wanted to build: senior engineers and designers working together, with the people doing the work close to the people they’re doing it for.

Rhoel Alcantara
Co-founder · Creative Technologist
Rhoel has spent more than 30 years building software and leading engineering teams, from custom systems for international shipping companies to secure payment and identity platforms used by major financial institutions.
He has led teams across the U.S., Asia, and Europe and manages large technology programs spanning cloud, data, AI, and automation. He is also a designer at heart, working across branding, typography, and 3D design, which is why our studio treats design and engineering as one discipline.

Vivian Alcantara
Co-founder · Lead Developer
Vivian is a full-stack developer and systems analyst with more than 20 years of experience across finance, education, manufacturing, and maritime software. She builds React front ends, .NET and PHP back ends, and the REST APIs that connect them.
She has modernized legacy enterprise applications, run CI/CD pipelines, and resolved security findings at the code level. Before co-founding the studio, she ran her own web consultancy for more than four years, delivering WooCommerce stores and payment integrations for clients in lending, automotive, retail, and digital media.
