Who will work on my project?
Our two founders lead every project and stay involved from start to finish. When a project needs extra hands, we bring in specialists we have personally vetted, and you will always know who has access to your systems.
Who owns the code and designs?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the code, designs, and accounts we create for you are yours, delivered with documentation.
Which platforms do you work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and custom PHP, .NET, and React web apps, plus integrations with services like Printify and leading AI providers.
How do you handle access to my store?
We ask you to create a named account for us with only the permissions the work requires. We never ask for your password, we build and test on staging first, and access is removed when we are done.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. After a free discovery call we send a fixed quote or a retainer proposal, so you know the cost before any work begins.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope, and we confirm a timeline in writing before work starts. Smaller fixes and integrations are usually measured in weeks; custom apps and larger builds take longer.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. After launch you can keep us on a monthly retainer for improvements and maintenance, or come back whenever you need us.
Can you work alongside our existing developer or agency?
Yes. We regularly fill specific gaps, such as an AI integration, a security review, or a custom plugin, and hand over clean documentation so your team can take it from there.
Which AI providers do you use?
We are provider-neutral: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, or others, chosen for your needs. Every AI feature ships with rate limits, spend caps, and a review of how your data is handled.
Is your security advisory a formal PCI assessment?
No. We provide PCI DSS readiness guidance and help small merchants scope their self-assessment. A formal assessment requires a Qualified Security Assessor, and we will tell you when you need one.
